Resume--No Professional Focus

Hi, Everyone!
I will be applying to law school this upcoming cycle and am looking to begin crafting a strong resume. My problem is that my work experience is rather varied. I am concerned that law school admissions will interpret this as a weakness.
I have been out of college for a year now, and have been interning in consulting. Prior to that, I held various jobs and internships in fields like real estate, non-profit, and higher education admin. Even my majors are disparate-- Comparative Lit and Econ. I imagine this will reflect as a lack of focus and aimlessness in my professional development. While I realize my work experience does not follow a particular trajectory, it is not this way for lack of trying. I have always had a hard time committing myself to one industry because so many of them are of interest to me. As a result, I'm afraid I appear to be the well-rounded applicant who is ok at everything yet great at nothing.
More background info: I haven't taken the LSAT yet (I'm preparing for June!), and I graduated in three years with a double major (thanks to AP credit) and a 3.8 GPA.
Do any of you have any advice as to how I can structure my resume and effectively present a picture of the diligent, motivated individual I (personally think) I am?
Any tips/personal experiences/do's and don'ts would be much appreciated!
~Thanks :o)
