Your survey doesn't ask that, unless I looked at a different one. Funny enough, I ate out much more frequently in law school than I do now that I'm working, mainly for social reasons. Maybe law students could consider gathering at residences for weekly dinners where everyone chips in $5 in lieu of eating out so much.
It doesn't ask it but you can infer. $400-600/mo on food is a bit high for one person.

So is there a way to do the second tab but on a shorter-repayment plan? Or is that for the next version? Sorry if this has been asked.

Version 2 will have it optimized. Repayment is going to be the 10 year plan and you can just pay it off quicker. The minimum payments will always be based on the 10 year plan.

Sorry I didn't read through the thread but when I click on the school, a drop down menu doesn't come up anywhere, then the only choice for IS/OOS is OOS. Do I have the wrong version of Excel or something?

edit: Oh jk, just saw this is for T30. My T33 wouldn't be on there anyways haha

If you're on Google spreadsheets or open office the dropdown's won't work. If you're on Excel, click on the cell and then look for a little grey arrow next to the cell. Clicking that will initiate the dropdown. But yes, its T30 only at the moment, sorry

Finally got some time to finish version 2.0. This will be the final update barring minor fixes. Enjoy.

v. 2.00: Added monthly loan payment scheduler to aggressively pay off loans (there are two new tabs). The new tab "Loan Information" is where you can enter information about past loans you have. The new tab "Payment Schedule - Consolidated" is a monthly overview starting in 12/2016 of how much to pay toward each loan after taking into account income, taxes and desired COL and savings from the "Loan Payoff Calculator" tab. Also fixed an error in the "Loan Payoff Calculator" tab for CA, TX, and FL where the cities would not display properly.

I am not claiming complete accuracy, you should calculate this for yourself once your loans enter repayment to double check. I am assuming no payments on interest are being made while in school.

This is excellent. Thanks!

ETA: Though I just noticed that the interest cells (lines 42 and 43) are set to the old rates instead of being calculated by the new rates (lines 32 and 33).

Hmm, must be something with my work computer. Tried it twice and still won't let me change it.
