I am on law school numbers and I get some feel for what schools applicants of my numbers have been admitted to. I was just wondering, if you had to make an educated guess, how many of all total law school applicants have registered and use law school numbers where they write their stats?

Would you say 20 percent? Less than 20 percent?

IIRC TLS wisdom suggests it's 10-15%.

Assuming there aren't considerably high levels of dishonesty on LSN, wouldn't it be easy to calculate?

Just find out how many people have profiles on it for any given cycle and and how many people total applied that cycle.

My intuition suggests around 5% of total applicants use it.

It's about 10% of applicants and 15-20% of accepted applicants, and varies by school. Someone at TLS has a nice Google Doc that shows all the info, but I can't find it right now.
