I do know that many of the inquiring minds in this thread were looking for a magical quick fix, and this applicant illustrates that there really isn't one. His credentials would likely fall short if he weren't an AA-URM.

It would depend as much on his LOR's, grade trend and essays as anything else. My guess is that, unless he overcame cancer (or helped research a breakthrough) during UG, a non-URM with his same base credentials would either be WL'd or denied...point being that non-URM's should go above and beyond what he did.
