Hmm, I found this on the website fairly quickly... does this not address your question? Assuming that was your only international educational experience, it would appear that you did not have to send in a transcript. However, I believe you still needed to list it on the Educational Sections of the applications.

(http://www.lsac.org/jd/apply/internatio ... cripts.asp)
You must have international transcripts, academic records, mark sheets, and degree certifications sent directly from the issuing institution if:
•you received your bachelor's degree from an institution outside of the United States, its territories, or Canada, and you are applying to a law school that requires the authentication and evaluation feature of the Credential Assembly Service (CAS); or
•you were directly enrolled at one or more institutions outside of the United States, its territories, or Canada, and the total amount of work you completed at all of these institutions combined is the equivalent of more than one year of undergraduate study in the United States, its territories, or Canada

Do NOT have a transcript sent from an international institution if your bachelor's degree is from a US, US territory, or Canadian school, AND
•the total amount of work you completed at all international institutions combined is equal to or less than the equivalent of one year of undergraduate study in the United States, its territories, or Canada, OR
•your work was completed through an overseas study program that was clearly sponsored by a US, US territory, or Canadian school

Thanks for your response-- that's exactly the sort of stuff I looked at before submitting that led me to think no, but since then I looked at LSAC's general transcript submission page and it simply says "overseas study." I immediately went into a panic, and I think I built it up to be a huuuuge deal in my head...

So if I just get in touch to amend my app to include a brief stint at that institution, I should be okay, right?

(Clearly, all this C&F stuff is getting to me.)

Haha yeah that is what I would do. Just be sure to have a well prepared explanation for why you withdrew, as it will get extra attention as a supplemental submission.

Thanks for easing my mind. The withdrawal isn't really an issue-- I had some personal and health problems, all while abroad, and so it was best to withdraw. I only didn't mention it on my apps because it would be a pain in the ass to go through a description of it if I didn't have to (which I thought I didn't, based on the previously cited text).

Phew.

I posted a thread about this since this one hasn't gotten many responses, but as it's a result of this issue, I'll paste it here too.

Here's the problem. One school sent me an acceptance two hours after I sent the amendment, and has not confirmed receiving the amendment even now.

Another school accepted me last week. I haven't sent them anything yet because I'm not sure how to do so since they already accepted me.

1) What do I do about getting the amendments onto essentially two already decided applications?

2) Are the amendments to the decided apps going to keep me from passing the bar, even though I tried to notify all the schools at once as soon as I realized my mistake?

3) Does withdrawing the application I got accepted on last week negate the need for an amendment?

Or is this totally not a big deal and I should chill out? Because that's a distinct possibility.

You can amend after acceptance. I know people have amended their law school applications while in law school, so I wouldn't worry about this (they amend because there's something they realize they should have brought up, and they'll have to disclose on the bar, and they want to make sure the school application matches the bar application). I missed what your actual issue was, but I can't imagine anything you didn't realize you had to disclose initially is going to make a school retract an acceptance. So, 1) just contact the school that accepted you and add the amendment. The school you already sent it to, don't worry about it, even if you haven't heard from them. 2) no 3) yes.
