Chances and possible scholarship?

What kind of chances do I have at admission and possible scholarships at these schools?

I am looking toward:
UChic (top choice)
Northwestern
UMich
UWisc
UMinn-TC

GPA: Mechanical Engineering (3.90)
LSAT: 169

I'd bet his chances at Chicago are a bit better than the search indicates because he's right on their GPA median... but submitting late might cancel out that effect, I guess.

ETA: I think this is a hypothetical because in Nov. 2011 he said he was a Freshman, so now he'd be a sophomore... and a few weeks ago he said he had a 167.
