Applications usually ask for total number of months for full-time employment experience.
Do full-time summer internships count towards that number???
Full-time summer internships = part of full time months??

When I applied, I did not include internships in the hours calculation.

I would only include the internships if they were full-time PAID. Even then, only if there internship was beyond grunt work. But that's just me. There's a section where you get to list all your employment, including internship. In my view it's better to undersell than oversell especially if the school you're applying to is known for being holistic.
