I've gotten a few reminding me about my unused fee waiver (which I don't intend to use).

Anyone get one from BU recently?

I wish I'd learned about Georgetown's "autowaive" reply before I paid their fee!

Cornell

If someone can give me a better idea, which ones should have hidden waivers and which need solicitation that would help a lot. Thanks
Emailed NW on 1/3 asking for fee waiver, received it via email 1/8

So far, the (relatively) notable unsolicited waivers I've received with my mediocre numbers include Minnesota, Alabama, W&M, BYU, Wake Forest, Cardozo, Temple and Villanova. I recently made an attempt at soliciting waivers from Penn, Cornell, Vandy, Notre Dame, Emory & UGA - will update when/if I hear back.

Edit 1 - Waiver successfully solicited from Penn, Vanderbilt and UGA. Emory said no. Still waiting on Cornell & ND.

Not that anyone on here cares about this but I found a hidden fee waiver from Hastings.

Notable ones I've gotten so far

Columbia
UPen
UCLA
Virginia

And dozens of 3rd tier or ones I'm not interested in. Solicitation is a good idea eh? I'll do it this weekend.

I've got same 4 + Vanderbilt. Had to solicit UCLA though. Chicago & USC have just sent me a generic replies saying they do fee waivers automatically via CRS. Waiting for replies from other schools

Still no Chicago and waiting on Columbia. Should I just submit Columbia and plan on not receiving a waiver? Thoughts?

170/3.8 Here...should I wait on a fee waiver from Duke/Chicago or just fire away the app at this point and take the $200 hit?

have you already tried soliciting them? i sent Duke a request last week, which may have factored into the PT invitation. if you have the money, you're probably best off sending them in now...

I tried both and they said that CRS would be sent in coming days(albeit this was over a week ago). Maybe wait out this weekend and then send them in Monday morning if still no change

So solicitation had been a relative dud so far. Generic sign up for CRS responses from Chicago, NYU, Northwestern, and yet to hear from a few. I did solicite waivers from GW and U of Utah (hometown school)... I'm a splitter (176, 3.36) so I'm not sure what this means about my chances. Did get a Duke waiver in thr meantime.

I assume there's a chance I already have a hidden waiver from some of the schools I solicited?

I just got an email saying there was "incomplete information on file" for Notre Dame to consider me for a merit fee waiver. I've gotten numerous other fee waivers so I'm wondering what the issue is.

It says, "Should your file with LSAC be complete before our next CRS search for merit waivers in early February, you will be considered for a fee waiver."

Anyone else have this issue?

Yeah I just got that e-mail as well. Same wording as yours. Not really considering ND so I'm not too worried, but it is a weird message for sure.

I am considering ND and was gonna submit my app in a few days. Should I email them back and ask them what further information they need? Or how should I go about it?

Has anyone heard anything from Chicago? What are they doing over there?? SNOOZIN??? I checked older threads, and they definitely give out fee waivers after the December LSAT. You would think with applications down, they would want to encourage people to apply now.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
