Employment section

Post by dodgerlaw » Thu Jan 03, 2013 7:51 am

Hello all,

In the employment section of most applications, the app asks you to list volunteer/EC organizations, dates, position held, etc. However, the "description" section allows a very small character limit. I can't put anything comprehensible in such a small space.

What exactly is it expecting me to write here? I was thinking of writing "refer to resume," but some apps don't require you to upload your resume. in these cases what do i do?

Thanks a bunch.

Just do your best to describe what you did in the space provided. "Food service," "soup kitchen," "suicide hotline." The other applicants will be so limited, too. Once you're a lawyer or in law school you'll get plenty of experience learning to write things in varying length limits.

+1

Also, upload a resume regardless of whether it's required.
