if the grades are final, then it would be dishonest to not send them.

final means that it is reflected on your transcripts if you would request them today.

If your are turning in transcripts right this second then you turn in what's in your transcript. If you turn in grades in 2 months then you turn in what's on your transcript then. You never have a choice as LSAC handles it after you inform your school to send your transcript to them.
