I'd like some advice on this one... I applied to 17 schools and have heard back from 4 so far. I've been waitlisted at one of the schools and it's one of my top choices. I checked out the LOCI guide and it says I should send one as quickly as possible after being WL'ed.. but with a majority of my apps still pending, it's difficult to know if I'll be attending this school for sure if I end up getting accepted. Plus I haven't accomplished anything significant since the time I sent out my apps (late November/early December). When do you think I should send a letter?
Thanks for all your input!

I personally would not send in a LOCI for quite a while. They're not gonna look at the waitlist pile for quite some time, so your LOCI will be added to the file and forgotten about. Wait until April, when they're finishing off the regular decisions and start looking at the waitlist again.
