I'd say its fine. I did all of my undergrad abroad and had both my LORs from professors there. They definitely don't contact your recommenders/I really don't think they care about LORs unless they are really lackluster or something.

Don't be an idiot.

A) you can register with LSAC now and get your LOR - they hold it for 5 years
B) you can use any recommender, no one cares which year it's from - assuming they can even figure it out
