A school I am applying too requires disclosure of any criminal conviction, or any crime an applicant pleads guilty or nolo contendere too. I was charged with an offense, and went to court. I did not enter any plea, the judge simply stated that the case would be dismissed if I completed some community service. I agreed to this, completed the community service, and the charges were dismissed. Does this constitute some type of de facto nolo contendere plea?
I don't mind disclosing, but even if I do, I don't know how to answer the question of whether or not I pled nolo contendere.
Does this need to be discloused? If so, how? Forum

It would be a good idea, and here is what you say: I was charged with an offense, and went to court. I did not enter any plea, the judge simply stated that the case would be dismissed if I completed some community service. I agreed to this, completed the community service, and the charges were dismissed.
