Pretty sure retakes don't count for LSAC grading. Sorry.

If you've already received your degree, then you already have your undergraduate GPA. I've never heard of anyone retaking UG classes after graduation, but even if you do, LSAC only counts your undergraduate transcript for the UGPA. Furthermore, a retake, even if taken prior to graduation, does not remove the previous grade--it only adds another grade (this is why my GPA at graduation was a 3.3 but my LSAC GPA is a 3.17; I retook a few classes to bring up my GPA, but LSAC also counts the initial lower grade).

Once your bachelors is awarded, no more classes count toward your LSAC GPA.
