The answer is that not a single person here is qualified to answer that question. If you're serious, go talk with the state bar, or talk with an attorney who specializes in these areas. Taking legal advice from TLS is like taking sex advice from a (completely legal, 18 year old) high schooler.



Not quite, as the 18 year old can't be sued for malpractice for giving the advice.
