Ha. Nothing special actually. It's just another one of the random thoughts I have in my head while waiting for my score. The fact that I am on my second 24 marathon (season 6 eps4) doesn't help reduce my thoughts of possible LSAC conspiracies. Schools do not care which sections you did marginally better on however

Understood. I am just asking from the pure legal and disclosure agreement perspective. Regardless if they care or not: are they legally permitted to view it, if asked.

The answer sheet you bubbled in does not indicate which type of questions each section contains.Are you asking if they care, for example, if you get Perfect RC and LR, but fail LG hard? They only care about the 3 digit number used in the calculation of their medians and thereby US News rank.(i.e the complete scan of the sheet with with a answers to all questions, from my name to my answer to Q14 section 2)

Looking at someones bubbled-in answer sheet would not reveal if section 1 was LR, LG, RC, or experimental. For example, if it did, testers would be aware of what questions section 4 and 5 contain during the break (without peeking), and be able to better mentally prepare.
However, the item response report does indicate these things, but it is not a scan of your writing, which you specifically referred to.

Sorry for calling your thread dumb. It was certainly hyperbole to suggest it was anywhere close to the dumbest on TLS. However, you worded your original question very poorly, thus the off-topic and unhelpful responses.
Ok.... you now seem to have reverted back to your original question so I'll try to be nice. What is it that you are worried about? That a school won't appreciate the technique you use to bubble in answers (Harvard finds counter-clockwise circular motions when bubbling COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!)?? Did you spell your name wrong? What could possibly be on your scantron sheet that you don't want schools to see? What's the point of even thinking about this?Unfortunately I still don't know if school can legally obtain the scan of the answer sheet to its entirety (i.e. my name as I bubbled it, my social as bubbled, answers etc. meaning the entire orange colored sheet as a scam)
