How will LSAC calculate my GPA?

I currently have 3.4x in UGPA and 167 on last practice test, hoping to crack into 170's by December test. As you can see, I am toward bottom of applicant pool for some of my top choices, USC/UCLA.
How does LSAC calculate my UGPA? I saw online that A+ is 4.3, A- 3.67, etc.
However, my school only gives + on grades below A. So the only possible grades are A, B+, B, C+, C.....
And a B+ for us counts as 3.5, whereas LSAC only would count it as 3.33?
Does this mean my GPA will actually be significantly lower, and I no longer have a shot at my top choices for law schools?
This is extremely depressing if the case.....
