December app

Post by uconjak » Mon Oct 15, 2012 4:55 pm

I will be taking or should I say re-taking the dec. test. I didn't study very hard for the June test and got a 164....bombed the logic games section....I have been hitting the books pretty hard and my last 10 PT scores have been consistantly 173+. I have also been cutting off some time with the PT's...my question. I am going to shoot for a T-10 school, will it hurt me that I didn't apply earlier? I have put in everything on LSAC and have sent it off to the schools I want to apply to....They know I am planning on re-testing

1) Yes. But,
2) Not much. And finally,
3) APPS ARE DOWN SO YOU COULD APPLY IN FEB AND THEY ACCEPT YOU THE NEXT DAY AND PROBABLY PAY YOU MONEY

It will hurt you if you view it that you could've applied with a ~173 earlier; it will not hurt you at all if you get ~173 on december. 164 would almsot surely knock you out of the top 10, you stand a significantly better chance with such a high lsat bonus. yes, it will be harder with a 173 in jan than in october, but you didn't stand a chance before.
