No, he is correct in what he is stating. Its Bosnia, then Croatia that suffered. Serbians were the ones that attacked. Just because you loose the fight once you attack does not allow you to claim the title of "victim".
Ding ding ding ! We have a winner. And like someone else said, change communism to dictatorship. When you get into the upper level of academics, people know what they're talking about. You can't swindle them with the old broken arguments ... If I can see through it, they will see right through all that.
