If you are able to secure a second academic recommendation, I'd imagine that that would be immensely preferable to a "social" recommendation. While it might be nice for him/her to write a letter saying you're an upstanding citizen, a letter from a professor is what schools will most want.

You seriously need to rethink this plan. Schools want to hear from people who can credibly assess your academic potential. That means college professors with whom you have taken courses. Nix the LORs from the AD and the college master. Include the employment LOR only if it will be something memorable, and find another academic recommender.
