For stuff that doesn't apply to me I just leave it blank. I was filling out an app that had questions about military service and some answers were still required even if you hadn't been in the military. It may be a mistake that'll get fixed later but I just put "n/a" in there.

I'm probably over thinking this.

Everyone does it. This isn't the type of thing law schools care about. The vast majority of the application questions are just there to get information to attach to your file/report info to outside groups (USNews, the government, etc...). Everyone's worried they're going to mess something up, but law schools aren't trying to trick you with it. Just answer everything in a straightforward manner and spend the time worrying about your PS, which will be scrutinized.

For stuff that doesn't apply, I've always left it blank.
