I'm curious about this too. On my first LoR form it had a place for me to sign but on my second it looks like it says I have waived my right electronically in the spot where I signed last time, so I assume I don't sign the second one but just want to be sure.

If there's nowhere to sign, then don't sign. It's just a waiver of your right to ever read the letter after matriculation, which you probably won't care about once you're admitted. To clarify, you don't have to sign anything, as I understand from what I just read on a LOR form.
