When does LSN update to reflect current cycle? Forum

Hey all, random question:

Does anybody know from past experience when LSN usually allow users to add application data for the newest cycle? I ask because it still lists 2011-2012 as the most recent even though some schools are already accepting applications for 2012-2013. I know it will be some time before anyone starts to hear back from schools, but I just want to make sure this is normal for them.
