Stats: 3.20 undergrad GPA, 3.94 grad GPA, 173 LSAT. My degrees are both in engineering. Great softs.
ED to NYU, and if denied ED to UVa/Penn. Blanket RD to all T14 minus HYS, Berkeley and Duke.
I'm not sure if it's possible to ED to a school after your first denial from another school, is this possible to do? Also, would be be better for me to ED to UVa/Penn early as opposed to EDing to NYU early?
I just want to attend the best school possible, scholarship money is not a factor but I'd like to see what I can get with my numbers.

You will be in at UVA. ED there and save yourself the headache.

Re: ED Strategy
ED NYU, you should be competitive. The timing on your UVA ED doesn't matter much so if NYU holds you, do UVA and be done with it.
(Although you would probably end up getting into NYU off the WL so if you definitely prefer it to UVA I would just RD blanket the T14 after your NYU ED and see what sticks. If you are willing to deal with WLs you don't have to worry about getting shut out)
