Veteran Soft ??
How do schools account for military service as a soft if you don't wrote about it? My personal statement may not mention my time in service, so how do law schools even consider it as a soft factor? Beyond answering the question on the actual application, which I will, and beyond writing about it in the PS, which I probably won't, is there a way to bring it to the schools attention?

I should have included that it has been almost 10 years since I got out. Tracking down the Commander would be difficult

resume is TCR, though going into more detail in a diversity statement would be a good call if you don't get at it in your personal statement

Why wouldn't you write about it?

I have tried but tying it into why i want to go law school feels really clunky and disjointed. Sure there are parts that provided me some minor inspiration, however my childhood, I feel, provided the vast majority of my desire to be an attorney.
