1. Your GPA estimate sounds close. Of course it would depend on credit hours, so to be sure, you should pay for LSAC

2. If your sexuality is your reason for going to law school, it could be a good idea. Just make sure you highlight your strengths instead of only focusing on your struggles. I would write a secondary PS to use for schools that requires a DS so you can use LGBT as a DS. Unless, of course, there is something else diverse about you, in which case you can use you LGBT statement as a PS and just write another DS. I hope that makes sense.
