LSAC gpa question with BA/MA degree

Post by ditsy » Mon Jul 23, 2012 12:10 am

Hi

I have a question about LSAC gpa.

If I did a 5year BA/MA program with 3 years at the undergrad campus and 2 years at the grad school,
but my BA degree is not awarded until the end of the fourth year, does it mean that my grades from the masters program (aka the grades from 4th year) are included in the LSAC gpa?

Thanks!

The minute (erm, day, I guess) you graduate with your BA, the units stop counting towards your LSAC GPA. I'm not sure how they'll handle 500+ level classes, but I'd bet they'll count towards your GPA if you hadn't graduated yet.

For my 5 year ba/ma, 4th year counted as undergrad, even though all the classes were 'grad classes' and the University was applying credits to both the Undergrad graduation requirements and Grad graduation requirements.
