Most are sent via email. Others are given at LSAC forums or other recruiting events. You can also send a quick (and pleasant) email to the admissions dept. and request one (you should provide your numbers and probably wait until Sept.). I think that's about that!

Also, Ohio State sent a "pick one up at LSAC" email.

Edited to add U. Of Missouri to the pick one up crowd.

Question how do school fee waivers show up in lsac. Is there a place where they all go or when you apply to the school do you just not have to pay. I got one from GT and I was wondering if you can find it in the lsac account?
