Won't graduate until December, when should I apply?

Post by dusters » Thu Jun 28, 2012 10:52 am

I won't be graduating from my undergrad until the end of December. Currently at a 3.2 GPA, but it should be near a 3.32 at graduation if everything goes well. I will be taking the October LSAT and I'm shooting for a score somewhere between 165-170. My question is, when should I apply? As soon as I get my LSAT score back, or after my GPA is updated?

Have your apps ready to go when scores are released. Just send an updated transcript after grades come out.

JMJ is right.

The difference between 3.2 and 3.3 is pretty minimal... It is way better to get your app in before Thanksgiving than during Christmas break.

I started PS in August, asked for LORs in Sept., worked on applications in Sept/Oct, applied before Thanksgiving.
