Did I win? Am I caller 12?

I would say that you submit one immediately stating your interest and it is your top choice and you will deposit right away blah blah blah....

After the first, the timing gets a little trickier as you want to stay on their mind without annoying them..... Maybe every few weeks or so and if you are nearby I would even just do a school visit and just drop by admissions and say hi.....
