If I send my application out late October- early November, and I have a full year left to finish, will they look at my spring semester and/or winter semesters grades for my final year, and include it into my lsdas gpa even though I won't have them at the time they first receive my application?

If they don't make decesion before fall grades come out, you could submit them as an update type thing if your gpa increased, otherwise if they don't ask you then no they won't see them.
