listen, chappie-first of all sorry about your brother. how's he doing? secondly, go to http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com to see graphs and charts and lists of accepted people this cycle. I think you could score a T14 or two with a 173+ LSAT. go there and check your numbers against theirs.

Honestly, it sounds like you are just full of excuses. Addendums are not the blame game.

I took the December 2011 LSAT and scored a 168. I'm retaking the LSAT in a few weeks because my average during my prep period was a 175 and all sorts of shenanigans happened at my testing location, with my RC section taking the biggest hit because of a distracting large amount of noise that lasted for about 7 minutes during the test.

You took the midterm and failed. There are no redos. Not the profs problem. Once again, you are blaming someone else.
