What's "SA" stand for? People usually use it when referring to 1L and 2L jobs.

Isn't that the Harvard thing? JS are the initials of the Harvard admissions guy and 1 is the first phone call you get from him and its like an interview and then 2 is the call telling you you got in? I could be wrong on the details but that's the gist
