What is preftige or preftigious. People seem to quote someone then fix prestigious into preftigious. What the heck does that mean? Thanks

I think preftige comes from xoxo. Or at least it's used more over there. Now I'm just programmed to think someone is a racist douche if I see preftige or poast.

Usually refers to someone who's been in school from kindergarten through law school, as opposed to those who take time off after college or at other points before law school.

Someone who goes straight from Kindergarten to Juris Doctor. It means someone who didn't take any time off school.

What does it mean to be a super-splitter? Is that someone with a gulf between the quality of their GPA and their LSAT? Or did I just make that up?

Someone who has one the highest LSATs and one of the lowest GPAs in a given class.

Generally I think of super splitters as sub 3.0 GPA and 170+ LSAT.

What does PD mean? I've seen a lot of people using it in reference to jobs. The best I can come up with is police department but that never really fits the context.

Hard to be sure without context, but most likely public defender.

That makes more sense. For reference there's a thread called "how to be a PD gunner" or something in the employment forum. Still public defender?
