Criminal Record/Splitter/Chances

So here's what's going on:
I took the LSAT in Feb. and scored a 172. I have an undergrad GPA of 3.6; however, after you factor in the gpa from the previous school I attended, I have a 3.06.
To make matters worse, I have a record:
3 underage drinking arrests (internal possesion)
An arrest for paraphernalia possession. ( I was driving in a car with a friend who was pulled over, the car searched, and a bowl was found in the backseat closest to me. Her dad was the football coach, and I couldn't afford a lawyer, and I didn't want to risk losing my financial aid for the negligible amount of marijuana they found along with the pipe.)
And then, last year I was arrested for indecent exposure, which is to say I was taking a leak in an allyway.
Not to mitigate any of the offenses here, but I have since done quite a bit of work in counseling and AA and have been sober since the last arrest.
So, 1) Does anybody know if this record would preclude me from being able to sit for the bar in most states? And, 2) As a splitter, with this record, would I have any chance ED at UVa ( or is this a ridiculous thought)?
All advice is sincerely appreciated.
