I wouldn't worry about it that much. I didn't have any extracurriculars and my cycle was seemingly unaffected by it. So long as you have something interesting to say about your life outside of school, you should be fine.


EDIT: The situation at some of the elite, Top 14 type schools might be a little different. I don't know what schools you plan to apply to, but it wasn't a problem for me.

A blank box is certainly preferable to getting desperate and remembering that one College Dem meeting you showed up to sophomore year because they had free pizza. I think your circumstances sound valid, and you should highlight your work experience (that's a helluva lot of hours) and your long commute. Talk about how you wish you could have got more involved in certain activities and plan to in law school.
