Motivation

Postby ab04825 » Fri Apr 06, 2012 11:29 am

Okay, so I need some advice. How is everyone staying motivated in undergrad right now, especially if you have already decided where you are going for 1L???

By realizing that a downward GPA trend is going to hurt you at some point, even if not right this very second.

EDIT> Also, you can possibly weasel some more scholarship munnies if you get your LSDAS up.

I didn't stay motivated at all. Luckily, I planned for this with a bunch of easy classes/classes I had an interest in.

Motivation=gone. Even if I make straight A's my GPA will only increase by .02 so I've checked out for the semester.

No, I've never heard of a school rescinding someone's admission. Just relax and get a grade that your ego can live with (so long as it's a pass and high enough for any sort of major requirement, of course)

ETA: It shouldn't be too hard to do okay in your classes even with motivation
