How much can re-applying hurt?

Post by 180asBreath » Sun Apr 01, 2012 11:44 pm

If a guy is a 3.8-4.0/170-173, how much does he have to worry about having been rejected or wait-listed the previous year?

Thanks

I asked because I didn't want it gnawing at the back of my mind, sabotaging me.
