So I had my professor send his LOR via priority mail in order to hopefully get my letter scanned in time for my Mar. 1 deadline. However, USPS tried to deliver the letter on Saturday when LSAC was closed. I checked the tracking number, and the USPS site basically says that they left a notice somewhere for LSAC to either call to schedule redelivery or to take the notice to the post office to pick up in person. Does anyone know if LSAC will do either of these? The letter doesn't get automatically returned to sender until 15 days from now, which is past the due date, nor will the mail man automatically attempt redelivery. Was wondering if this is a common issue and if LSAC takes care of it or if I should bug my professor again about sending another or faxing it.
