anti-Israel bias in law schools
Can someone knowledgeable talk a little bit about the degree of anti-Israel bias in top 10 schools, which ones are notoriously bad, and how best to manage heavily pro-Israel elements on a resume that may lead to discrimination in admissions.

Whaattttt? I think if you have good stats and avoid taking an overly political tone in your personal statement then it won't really be an issue. I doubt there is any real concrete data about this sort of thing if it exists.

What makes you think one exists at all? Based on your Gaza debate thread I think you're probably just looking for an argument.

IF anything most top law schools are probably pro-Israel.

It is a well known fact that Ivy League schools have becoming disgustingly anti-Israel over the past 10 years. There are a plethora of articles on the subject. I am uncertain the degree to which this would leak into their law schools, where international political affairs are far less important. Nonetheless, it's a legitimate question.snehpets wrote:What makes you think one exists at all? Based on your Gaza debate thread I think you're probably just looking for an argument.

What makes you think racism exists at all? **Covers your eyes as a bunch of cops are beating up a black kid for being black ***nsbane wrote:+1snehpets wrote:What makes you think one exists at all? Based on your Gaza debate thread I think you're probably just looking for an argument.

I mean really, what next. Are you going to jump in a time machine, go back to 1950, stand next to a black's only water fountain and hold a sign saying "nothing to see here, move along."
Racism/ the new anti-semitism exists, and it has become more prevalent at Ivy League Universities the past 10 years.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you weren't aware of this.

Hm. Depends what you mean by pro-Israel. T10s openly discriminate against Ashkenazi Jews but Palestinian Israelis are given preferential treatment. Try Cardozo.

No, I really seek to make friends with a bunch of people on online message boards. Actually, just you. Can I be your best friend? I think you are the coolest person ever. It will kill me not to be your friend. I will wash your car, do your wishes, braid your hair hell, i'll even do a hit for you.AssumptionRequired wrote:Wow, well I guess you dont have to worry about making friends in law school. 1 less distraction for you
