Grammar quesiton

-Is there a comma before as well as?
I like going to the movies, as well as the store.

-Do you capitalize the S in "School" if I say "the School's program...." (I think yes, since it refers to a specific school?"

My desire to attend UCLA's School fo Law is not only limited to these programs. It is the School’s...

capital S since it refers to a specifc school?
