LSAT Addendum? (Absence & Cancel)

So I plan to take the coming LSAT in June after having sit out of the June one and after having cancelled the one in October, and I wanted to ask the forum whether I should write an addendum.

In it I would just be honest and say that I didn't go to the one in June because I wasn't ready and that I cancelled the October one because I sort of panicked and really screwed up in the first section.
