how to update fall quarter transcript

I have already sent my apps in to schools. However, some have no made their decisions yet...... Grades for my fall quarter are coming out(some are out), and I can request a transcript probably early January when grades are finalized. Do I just sent them to LSAC and thats it? Do I have to tell the schools or anything or will LSAC automatically update them for me.

Send the transcript to LSAC through their system, and they will, once received, send the new GPA to all schools.
