No, they don't care. If it doesn't say their name in the letter, they know you sent it to other schools.

FWIW, I used "General Letter" instead of "For All Law Schools."

I used all law schools and no one seems to care. Also, keep in mind, there is not 1 law school out there that expects that you're only applying to that one school.
