Issue Updating/Uploading a Resume

Post by bigdawg6 » Wed Nov 23, 2011 1:51 pm

Hi all,

I recently updated and reuploaded my resume so that it is formatted correctly. When I preview my application on LSAC, despite having replaced the resume with a new version and deleting the old version, a formatting error appears. When I load up my resume on Microsoft Word, it looks how I want it to look. I have deleted the old version of the resume and reuploaded the new one multiple times and the formatting error still appears.

Has anyone had a similar experience with this issue? I can't figure out how to get the resume on LSAC to appear as it does on Microsoft Word. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just did that. It still has some minor differences than the original, but I guess it is acceptable. I wish I could just upload a PDF.

that happened to me a lot on my mac. Try saving the file, but keeping it open. Then try uploading it.

Thanks guys. Nothing ended up working, but I was able to get the formatting errors to an acceptable level by messing around with the formatting of the original. Pretty weird issue.
