Problem with paying fees/submit Forum

I'm on my applications right now and I've completed all of them but it won't let me pay the fees or submit my application (step 3.) I've logged out and logged back in but it doesn't fix it.

Is this happening for other people? Can anyone help me out?

haha yea I had this same issue with my first app. Not the LSAC website's most obvious quirk.

You need to preview, but leave the pop up open. The grey button should have turned blue.
