late 2nd LOR what to do?

Post by theaether » Thu Nov 10, 2011 1:31 pm

2nd LOR going out today to LSAC, will most likely not reach in time for nov.15 ed deadline.

Should I ed nyu which only requires 1 lor, and supply the 2nd lor asap (is this possible?) Or just say fk it to ed, wait for the 2nd lor, and then submit all apps?

3.28 177 for any relevance

LSAC will send your school an update when the 2nd LOR comes in.
They send updates to different schools at different times, some on the 1st and 15th of each month, some each Monday. You should contact LSAC and ask when they send updated for NYU.

Probably too late for you, but faxes get processed really fast, and fedex is also relatively fast. If you fax it now it might get processed in time. Search the forum for more info.

Spoke to LSAC about this yesterday. LSAC updates NYU on the fifteenth, per their request.
