I have a criminal record for which i have to disclose the date and disposition, but im not sure what a disposition includes. Do i simply state the verdict

The disposition is the outcome of the case. Most minor crimes do not result in a verdict. For first time offenders, they're usually dismissed after agreeing to reparations with the prosecutor. There are also different deferral and divergence programs. Even for more serious crimes, the defendant usually enters a plea agreement with the prosecutor. That's why it doesn't say "verdict."

jay walking while wearing a purple sweater (11/11/11 guilty of wearing yellow socks)

im not trying to make fun of my record with my examples, i just don't want to make my charges public or create the impression that i was charged for any crime by including it in an example
So is my format correct?
how would you state:
arrested for A, convicted of B
Arrested for A, charges dropped
