Mistake on Submitted Application Resume

Post by aueft » Mon Oct 31, 2011 1:49 am

Hey all...

I feel absolutely crushed right now. I submitted seven applications a couple of days ago, and today was just casually skimming through the transmitted version of one while bored.

I noticed that on my Resume, I list membership in an Honors society. I state that the society accepts those who are in the top 15% of their class.

I made a mistake, it's actually 20%. I attached this resume to all seven applications.

Please, please give me some advice. I'm reeling over it and don't know what to do

Thanks everyone

Hey all...

I'm decided of course to contact the school and see if I can correct the mistake.. the trouble is that this same mistake is also elsewhere in the application, so I can't just replace my resume, I'll have to tell them what happened. Would it be better to call each school, or simply email?

Thankfully my file isn't under review anywhere yet
