Low LSAT Score. What are my chances

Post by justin989 » Tue Oct 25, 2011 12:33 am

Not a URM. Marketing major with 3.4 GPA (possibly 3.5-3.6 by the time I apply) and have taken the LSAT once with a lousy 149. I want to attend law school in PA. My schools of interest are Drexel and Widener. I will have decent letters of reccomendation and I am a good solid writer so my personal statement should be above-average. Do I have a good shot at either one of those schools?

-not asking you guys for your input on me "wasting my money for a mediocre education" or anything like that. Just want to know if I have a shot of getting into one of those schools. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Looks like you'd need 156 or better for a shot at Drexel, but you'd have a pretty good shot at Widener with these scores.

The benefits of improving your LSAT score are huge; please give some thought to retaking with more preparation.
